Anyone else experiencing a sleep regression right now? My 16 mo old has def showed increased separation anxiety during the day and at night she’ll sleep about 4 hrs before waking up and screaming crying until we pick her up. Shes been sleeping in our bed the past 4 nights.

Anyone else experience this and does it ease up after a while?

Allso 16 months, it's been like you describe for almost 2 months. Molars also coming in. I'm exhausted.

I'm going through this as well. For the past 2 weeks, my daughter wakes up SCREAMING for us between 3 and 4am. She also has a few molars coming in so I'm wondering if it's related. I'm hoping this doesn't last much longer, I'm exhausted.

Same as above. Last two weeks at around 3am and we bring her into our bed. I’ve noticed she is biting on her pointer finger more so I’m guessing those top k9 and molars are coming in. Last night was the first time she wouldn’t fall asleep in her own bed and hubby had to lay down with her in ours and transfer. She woke up around 3 again and I brought her back in.
