We were looking to trade our 2019 Crosstrek for a newer one or upgrade to an Outback. The manager was very nice and welcoming when we arrived one evening. The numbers for the Outback didn’t work for us. But Allison in Online Sales was great in getting the numbers right for us in the new Crosstrek. Even the time spent with the Finance Manager went smoothly. He was efficient without the need to be an additional layer of sales in the process. Never tried upselling and showed his 30-year experience and passion for his job. We would definitely buy from them again and recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Took my Subaru for oil change and tire rotation. They were great..my service advisor Mike was awesome..friendly, professional and kept me updated. Will definitely go back for future service appts.

Great experience! My husband had been insisting I needed something more reliable than my 1983 Porsche 944 as a daily driver (first car ever bought as a senior in high school)...okay, FINE. Ive always been interested in the WRX, so I finally broke down and agreed to go test drive them, on the condition of course that the 944 wasnt going anywhere except storage for occasional use. Husband and I went together, and I immediately walked over on the showroom floor to the WRX STi Limited on display and started going over the specs and checking it out. Husband was wandering around. Salesperson Tomasz Matusiak came out of his office to greet me and ask if I had any questions. I said no thanks, just looking because really, I was only sort of serious about doing anything that day. Well, husband pushed me into signing up to test drive one for real, so went to the front desk to ask for someone - lo and behold, she directed us right back to Tomasz! I test drove a base model that was out on the lot, but was really drawn to the features of the showroom model. Tomasz was extremely professional and spoke directly with me as the buyer, recognizing Im going to be the driver and Im the one that likes sporty four-bangers, and did not bypass me to speak to my husband instead. Tomasz was not pushy at all and was very helpful pulling information together regarding both purchase and lease options. Long story longer... I came home with the showroom model - 2020 WRX STi Limited - fully loaded! I am absolutely in love with this car. It is super fun to drive, and I love all the options - the short throw shift, the purr of the quad exhaust, the sound of it with each shift, the SI-Drive mode options (cant decide whether I like Sport or Sport Sharp the most), the interior red illumination in the footwells makes me giggle, and the responsive headlights are great for those very few options late at night where you can whip around a corner with no one around in the otherwise land of straight and flat roads here in FL...Anyway, I could go on about the car, but the point is, my experience at Schumacher Subaru was extremely delightful and I highly recommend Tomasz Matusiak (of course it didnt hurt he also loves Porsche and enjoyed that I have a 944)! Also, I stopped by a couple weeks after buying the car just to say thank you again, and he happened to be at the front door to open it and greet me. I asked him to send the couple photos he took of me the night I bought it and he quickly obliged. Highly recommend! PS - edit to add that the finance person (sorry I dont have his card/name but I think he was the Director?) was also extremely awesome and NOT pushy with any of the extra add-on warranty options (tires/wheels etc). The accessories person, Jim, presented his options for ceramic coating and window tinting and also was not pushy when I declined. Thank you!

Where do I start?! The service was simply incredible. I cannot think of another time I had such a great experience at a car dealership. My service advisor , Mike, was very professional, attentive , and prompt. I didn’t have to guess about anything during the process. I had to wait a couple hours because my appointment was incorrectly booked but they were so kind and got me an Uber so I could enjoy downtown while my car was being serviced. Definitely recommend Schumacher Subaru!

Good Morning!It always a pleasure to come to your showroom for service. Everyone is friendly, polite and the environment is immaculate and beautifully designed.I LOVE my Legacy and really enjoy all of the dog commercials. The salesman Matt was great - taking the time to talk to me about the Powder Blue ( I thought it was a Forrester in the commercial but it was similar). Its tempting, I just cant afford to make the change right now.All in all, I LOVE SUBARU!!!

Mike was so attentive and actually a truly happy guy. It was so nice to work with him! The wait wasn’t long, he took great care to explain every detail of what was going on and he even caught a mistake in the service order that would have cost me more money. The way he corrected the order and solved the situation was with kindness and ease, not just to me but to the staff he worked with as well. I would definitely go back and request him for future service visits.

2021-2022 sales manager is unprofessional. He acts like he owns the dealership. What happened to humility? Many sales managers in a decade says a lot about this dealer. Schumacher was once a great dealership, many of us purchased multiple cars over 35+ years. Now we are all forced to buy from Orlando Subaru just to enjoy our experience and not to get ripped off for over MSRP charges from these southern dealers.Subaru recently wrote a letter to dealers everywhere just like Schumacher, chastising then for gouging customers by overcharging above MSRP. This sales manager is just like the last two and wont last. Save your time and get treated like a human equal in Orlando and get MSRP like we did, all the dealers down here are on Subarus radar for gouging.

Last month I had a flat tire. A friend came over, found the hole and plugged it and put air in it.But this morning it was flat again.I was able to drive it over to the nearest tire store, Tire Choice, on Congress and Woolbright. Service guy said, after looking at it, maam, this is a bad tire. See that line that goes all around the tire? This tire is shot. You will need a new tire. Cost $289.00. For one tire.(car has 11,000 miles on it).Me: Thank you, please put air in the tire and Ill be on my way.Later in the day I drove it over to the Subaru dealership in West Palm.They found the hole, plug was no longer there.They patched it.They washed my car.They did not charge me anything.To the skinny guy at Subaru, you rock! Sorry, dont know your name.I LOVE this dealership.They also have an awesome espresso machine.Thank you to the gentleman who showed me how to use it - cause its weird.

My past experiences with purchasing a new car have not been good. So I walk into any dealership a bit leery. Much to my surprise at Subaru no-one pounced on me. I looked around at the cars on the floor without a sales person breathing down my back. At the appropriate time Walter walk over and said hi...I immediately felt good with him. He showed us some cars we test drove one and when I got back I told him I wanted look at a few other cars. Fine he said, see you later. I test drove a Volvo, having had one in my past and I loved it. After that test drive I went back to Walt and said OK lets do it! The purchase was easy going as is my nature and Walts as well. I did change cars mid deal, A womans prerogative, and Walt just went along with it. He is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars as well he should be, but his personality is great. I spent 4 hours with him which is usually not my idea of fun but he has a great sense of humor!! Then it came time to speak to the MONEY man. Why is it never a woman? Those pre-conceived notions disappeared when I met Marc.....by the time we were finished he gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions. All in all I give this company a 5 star plus!

Yesterday was my first service for my 2021 Forrester. Mike Boden was my service advisor and he was great. I had the oil changed and the tires rotatedwhile I went to lunch and my car was ready before I finished .I was very impressed with the service received.My salesman Tomasz was right there to make sure I was happy.Great Service !!

The service dept here is really stellar. They always have the parts I need in stock, priced fairly well, express oil changes are also excellent. I had to stop using the Delray location due to continuous issues (the last issue that broke the broke straw was denying tire replacement under the Allstate warranty I paid for because it was lowered) that same day okeechobee replaced it without any question

The service team is very friendly and responsive. It is always a good experience to have my Subaru serviced here. However, I am dissapointed with Subaru corporate with lack of parts to fix an ongoing problem to repair my transmission that is included in a recall.

Brian Rodriguez and his crew in the service department are a pleasure to work with. Theyve taken great care of my Crosstrek for years. Its always at a reasonable/fair cost. Im advised on what my car really needs and not pushed into anything extra. The waiting room is cozy and clean. I genuinely enjoy going there.

Had to take my Forester to another dealer for service and tire rotation. The tech found 3 lug nuts cross treaded (240.00) to fix. The last tire rotation was at Shumacher West Palm.

Excellent customer service and extremely efficient. From the moment I pulled up, the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. I wish I caught his name, but I did. Mike was my service representative and he was polite and quickly offered me an Uber ride anywhere while my car was being serviced. The car was ready in an hour and a half vs the 3 hours he prepared me for. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My car was serviced and washed and ready in 90 minutes!

I’m not really sure why there aware so many bad reviews about the time it takes to get work done, how it’s shabby work, that the gas is gone and miles are high so “someone must’ve been joyriding”, and the best one is the complaining about a bad detailing job...the detailing is free, so be thankful they even do it, and I have to say that compared to places I’ve actually paid for them to detail my vehicle, they did a better job here for free!As far as the rest of the complaints, I don’t see how they’re true. Every person I dealt with was competently informative. They had my vehicle for only one week. They were one day later than the estimated date, and it was to allow paint to fully dry and detail my vehicle properly. The work done was phenomenal! And not one mile was put on my dial. I would always return here if anything ever happened to my vehicle again. Some people just like to be negative and hate. I only review on business that I feel go above and beyond.

Kevin Meyer, our representative, was great. Personable and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to ensure we were satisfied and was successful. Tyler, in finance, was also someone we were happy with, unlike typical finance guys. We suggest that you check them out if you are looking for a new car.

Today we traded in our 2019 Subaru Forester that we purchased in Maryland before moving to Florida 1 year ago. We traded it in because I was tired of dealing with the rude service department in both the WPB and Delray location. Although I always liked our service advisor, The staff that handles the calls are rude. Now with my new Honda CRV, I will no longer worry about dealing with the rude support staff

This is my first positive experience buying a car. I got exactly what I wanted at the interest rate and price I wanted. Go see Greter Martinez she is an absolute all star of a sales women. Wish I could them less then a one star honestly. The worse experience by far I had when buying a new vehicle. Sales associate Walter was all about closing a deal and not about customer service. Getting calls back from sales representatives and service departments seem to be a huge task. You close the deal and don’t even have human decency to contact the customer and make sure they are pleased with there new big purchase and if they can do anything to ensure that they are pleased is not much to ask for. I had the worse experience ever! Can’t wait to be completely done with them and get service done from a different Subaru dealer. They only care about making money and not providing any type of customer satisfaction! Honestly this is my first Subaru and after dealing with this place it may be my last!

Charles Smith was absolutely outstanding. Cannot say enough good things about him.Your accessories person, Jim, was very pushy trying to get me to purchase an outrageously expensive ceramic coating and lying about the price negotiation of extended warranty. Told me that by-law extended warranty costs cannot be negotiated. Turns out he lied. Tony, the finance man was very good and helpful.I also needed a service check on one of my seats. Brian took very good care of me. So far very happy with new vehicle.

Schumacher is an amazing company. Always VIP treatment with service, or warranty work. Never had an issue getting needed work done and have always been provided a loaner vehicle.

Incredible experience. Even paid Uber fares both way to nearby mall instead of waiting at the dealership. All work well done and even a car wash was included. Great service and my service rep Arnaud was exceptional!

I felt extremely comfortable with Henry the entire time, he was patient and never pushy as so many car salesmen can be. She was very understanding of my frustration and assisted me in receiving my refund.Thank you Cassie for a positive end result!!Walter Parcheta knows nothing about customer service or customer loyalty! I purchased a new vehicle and was due a refund on extended vehicle warranty, GAP insurance and extended warranty for rims and tire protection.I have been given the runaround for the past 10 months on where my refund is.First call I had to make after weeks of waiting I was told the refund was not processed yet, not so bad people get busy sometimes. Second time was the paperwork was finally submitted, cool refund check should be on the way. Third time I had to call to follow up I was told the check was mailed. Fourth call the check was mailed to the previous loan bank lender. For some weird reason they felt a paid off loan should receive more money. The bank stated they did not receive this check and the $$ was suppose to be refunded to me by the dealership.So, as of right now I am still out $1,200 and no one seems to know what happened when.Schumacher and its sales associates, and not to mention the finance table where they seem to get creative with where money goes on each line item to make things appear to work for you but end up being great for the dealership. Why will no one follow through on assisting me receiving the refund I am fully entitled to receive?As a repeat customer and the family purchasing 3 vehicles in the past 4 years from you, youd think I would considered me a loyal customer you would want to continue to have for repeat business.

Probably the best experience at any automobile service appointment I have ever had in 41 years. My service advisor (Rhonnie) knew more about my car than I did. And the Uber ROUND TRIP was customer service I was not expecting. If you are trying to make me a loyal Subaru customer, this is exactly the way to do it. Very highly rated.

We just bought an amazing Outback with Craig from the sales department. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. He did not try to push us at all and let us make our own decisions. Very rarely can you go to a dealership and not feel like you are being pushed around so it was a very nice experience. Also, it seemed like everyone at the dealership was friendly and would stop and speak a little bit to us. My husband and I saw the Outback on the showroom floor and just fell in love with it. The dealership made our car unique by putting a lift and new tires and rims on the Outback. It looks perfect! This is our first Subaru ever and we love the car and would recommend to everyone.

Tony Bermudez was the salesman who helped me in purchasing the 2016 Forester. I started looking and researching about two years ago and Tony stuck it out with me that long. He has such patience and is very polite. He was sincerely interested in my problem and in helping me make a wise decision for my needs. When I wanted to just look again or just wanted information or wanted to see a document or video, he was perceptive enough to see that and accommodated me. His knowledge about things was impressive.I research thoroughly so he really put up with me like no other car salesman has ever done. He always returned calls or emails. I was looking at other autos, of course, but Tony never pressured me in a rude or obnoxious manner. He knew I lived a distance and also worked, so he tried to be considerate as possible of my time crunches. Most of the people there were polite and helpful. Tony was my main contact, however.One thing I appreciated was that he would refer me to another Subaru employee if it was warranted. Most dealerships wouldnt do that. I know because I have been to quite a few!After I purchased the car, Tony has been a great help since I have a lot of new technology to learn. He always gets me to the right person.I appreciate this dealership. I only found a couple of people who showed no patience, but then I did not need to deal with them. I knew Tony was always there if I needed him. I was considerate of his time also, but we always seemed to work out the logistics of things so that I could eventually make a decision I was happy about.My Forester is great and the service department has been great. I thank them and Tony for their help while I was looking around and now for their consideration since I purchased the car.

When I bought my vehicle I will say they took very good care of me, Devin is a very nice down to earth sales man making it the best purchase I’ve ever had. Went back for the first oil change and to get the suspension looked at due to a popping noise. Left with nothing done as they told me they only had time for an oil change, I understand if your busy but to inspect a suspension doesn’t add much time to the job plus I could easily reproduce the noise any time I needed. Went back to get oil to change it myself and took about an hour before I was able to get out of the dealership (was only me and a friend both buying oil). I’m missing the love of a Subaru

Craig in the Sales Department was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and just an all around, easy going sales person. His style of working made it fun to buy a new car. A hard pushing sales person will make me/us get up and walk out. The dealership facility was clean and the coffee good. Joe Pippo was also great at his portion of the process as well. It was fun to learn of his previous business in NJ which we shared a fun common denominator. I LOVE my new Touring model Outback. Super Car Leasing experience and Help too....Went there recently with my Mom because she wanted to end her current Mazda Lease. I have pretty much good reviews for this place. The new Service department is excellent and they take care of you. As always you get what you pay for, its a bit expensive but absolutely worth it. My 2012 Subaru Impreza was damaged by a motorcycle accident, shattering the rear windshield, denting the bumper, breaking the tail-light, and denting the body. Luckily for me the motorcyclists insurance covered the costs. They asked me to select from several shops in my area and when I saw that Schumacher was on the list, I immediately selected them. Ive been happy with my vehicle purchase and regular service at Schumacher so I felt that I could trust the Collision dept. with the repair. Im so glad that I did. The job was clearly estimated, a time frame given, and having Enterprise rental car there was a big plus. Despite the inconvenience of the accident, everything was resolved in a quick, efficient, and quality manner. I was very impressed and it exceeded my expectations. Rob Howe did a wonderful job of estimating and delivering a top-notch job by the technicians. The vehicle was also ready a day before the estimated completion date. I will definitely recommend them to anybody that needs bodywork on their vehicle.

Efficient and time sensitive. Very pleasant experience and no issues.The rental car company they used was horrible! Service was ok but car choice smelled like smoke and I could not take the time to go and waste another two hours getting car. They use enterprise FYI.

Ive bought several cars from here, I trusted the finance person there but when I received my first payment for my car in the mail, the interest rate was 1% higher than what we agreed to. I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with these people.

Until 5/31, my Subaru had two open recalls. About a week prior, I made an appointment by telephone because for 2 days, the website scheduling section was not working properly. At the time I made the appointment to have the brake light recall satisfied, the receptionist booked my car for an 8 am appointment. The day before the appointment, for some still unexplained reason, I received an email that my appointment had been modified and was now set for 9 am. However, I had a busy schedule that day and didnt check my emails so I showed up at 8 am. While I was accommodated graciously, I never in my life ever encountered a business that thinks its okay to change a customers appointment without input by the customer, let alone by email. Cold, cold, cold. And then theres the emails that keep coming regarding recall number 1 (spring valves) despite the fact that Im on the list to have this repair done. It seems there is a disconnect between the worker bees and the Admin people. Also, Subaru has more than one website with a schedule service section. However, they dont work. I must say that the appointment itself went well.

Less than 100% satisfied, technicians do not check their work before they give the customer back their vehicle. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership to have them fix the BRAND NEW windshield wiper installed. I have always gotten my car serviced at the Subaru dealership, but I am seriously thinking of changing that, they are overpriced and their workmanship stinks!

I stopped in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Rhonnie was terrific, she got me in and out quickly. Plus she honored their discounted postcard for the above work that expired last month. My wife would not let me go to my scheduled appointment due to the pandemic in April. 👍🏻👍🏻

Called to make an appointment for installation of a part bought thru their website to save me some gas since I live an hour away. So I was told to wait for a call back to confirm the appointment. They never called so I ended up picking the part up and went to another subaru dealer that actually wanted my business and were happy to help.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Drove out 30 minutes to test drive a 2015 Used Subaru Forester that I had a scheduled appointment to test drive. I get there and Im informed that they have already sold the car. They next tried to convince me to buy a newer model for 5,000 dollars over my budget and tried to use obscure marketing jargon to persuade me. The manager was the worst of all, Mike Caputo. This man should be fired. He comes out to talk to me and is not apologetic, and is accusatory and rude toward me. Needless to say, Im absolutely furious right now. I will never buy from a Schumacher, ever. They claim to care about you and your car buying experience when at the end of the day, the only care about the money. Once they get your money or realize theyre not getting your money, you just become a piece of garbage to them. Absolutely. Unacceptable. I will tell everyone I know of my experience today and encourage them to never buy from Schumacher. Feel free to respond if you have any questions.

Went in for oil change and 30,000 mike service. Staff was wonderful, car came back very clean. I had my dog with me in the waiting room. They gave me a great Subaru squeaky toy, other dog goodies, and most of the staff stopped to visit and pet her. Really welcoming place. And the waiting area was pleasant (TV on but sound off, thank you!), clean, new comfortable furniture, and power available for charging. Great place.

We moved full time to Palm Beach Gardens in late September. My first decision under the Florida sun was to purchase a new 2019 Outback, Ltd, in white with a light interior. I went in, met with Brian Perkins, explained what I wanted and what I felt my old Outback was worth. He searched Florida, found the car for me, we reviewed the listing sheet, and he presented the offer. When I explained this was more than I wanted to pay and I wanted more for my trade-in, he said hed make it work, went back to his manager, and it was done. I got a great deal on my 4th Subaru.Two days later, I came back with a personal check, my new Outback was there and ready, and Brian helped make the paperwork and title transfer seamless. He spent all the time I needed going over the new car, and when I had a question he couldnt answer, he went out in the rain, and brought back a service tech who could explain it to me.Brian was courteous, professional, transparent and personable, without any of the shadiness or sleeze often associated with car salesmen. He was a pleasure to deal with at all times. When a month later, someone scratched the corner of my bumper, I called him and he got me crystal pearl touch-up paint, saving me the cost of a service paint job.I feel Brian is more my friend than my salesman. I hope hes still there when Im back to Schumacher in three years for my next Subaru purchase.

From the day I bought my car two the 2 services I received at Schumacher has been nothing but a undesired experience. First, the agreed sale price was different on the contract. ALWAYS read the contract before signing!! Heard people in service waiting room complaining of a similar experience. Second, air blower started to make high pitch squeaking sound and rubber molding around all 4 windows are starting to deteriorate, when explaining this during my first oil change they failed to address the issue ( after waiting 2 1/2 hours ) and told me that since my car was finished with its oil change that they would not be able to look at the issues I addressed and to schedule another appointment. Please noted that when I scheduled my oil change I did mention the issues with blower motor and rubber moldings. Not the end of the world, but when I scheduled my second oil change and mentioned the same issues as described the service advisor point blank said, Ive been doing this so long that I dont give a sh#t. The service advisors name according to my invoice was Arnaud Lafforgue. I ask the front desk receptionist, who was very pleasant, if I could speak to the manager. When she went to get him, the receptionist informed me that the manager refused to see me. Had similar experience with the finance office in regards to terminate my gap insurance. I since called Subarus corporate office and they now have a case file on Schumacher Subaru.

Of all the vehicles I’ve purchased, this dealership has really been the only honest, professional, and straight forward establishment I’ve dealt with. Their sales team (I worked with Russell and Craig) are super helpful and educated on the cars, the manager George is simply a pleasure to work with and gets you the deal you want, even down to finance with Matt he made the process so easy and quick. *I purchased my Subaru from this dealership about 6-7 months ago, and literally have never received a call back for any of my inquiries as a new car owner.* Yes, someone will answer when you call and they may be able to help or transfer you. Be ready to leave a message, and dont expect much in return. Even the days preceding my car purchase, I could not get a return call after 3 days of calling trying to get in touch with the salesman who initially took me on a test drive in the car I ended up purchasing. I love the car, I love the brand, but honestly, itd be nice to have more support from this place after making such a big commitment.

Tony Bermudez leased me my Subaru 1 year ago. He was so helpful and professional. I am not always that easy to deal with, I ask so many questions and read every detail, but Tony stuck with it and gave the best deal he could. Even now, a year later, when I text him, he still answers me right away. Every time I am in the dealership he is so pleasant and happy to see me and help me. This is so unexpected of a typical car salesman, once you buy you are not important anymore. NOT so with TONY! You have a gem, that shines brightly on your establishment. I hope he will be there for my next purchase. Tony should train the other sales people on how to treat customers, to make them life long customers. I know a little about the service industry, I was Assistant Manger of the Breakers Hotel for many years.

I was just about to buy a Subaru, when the sales manager, Adam Kirschebaum ,came into the cubicle and started to raise his voice and yell at me when we asked about the dealer fee. He was so rude , angry and unprofessional, he is a poor representative for Schumacher. I left the dealership and when my son went back in to get his card he was talking about us to the salesmen. I will take my money and go elsewhere. I suggest you do the same!

Im going to start positively, the showroom is very clean, tidy and everyone is dressed nicely. When I walked in, no one said anything to me and they walked around like I wasnt there, they all seemed too busy for a customer. After about 8 mintues of walking around alone, looking at cars, I was ready to leave after being ignored and the front desk greeter stopped me as I was walking out and took me to a salesman named Walt. I like Walt, no nonsense straight to the point. We do the normal test drive around thing and talk about stuff. I know what car I want. Now some problems come in. They run a Carfax report on my trade in, they said my SUV had an accident and that affected my trade in value significantly, as many times as I asked for the Carfax report no one would show it to me. I got $600 for my suv without further explanation. Still, I bought a WRX. I told them I already had a preapproval and did not need financing through Subaru. I was assured they had better rates and I feel as if they talked me into going through Subaru-Chase bank for financing, even though my bank had a higher interesst rate, but my bank had a lower monthly payment. I still havent figured that one out. They also will not show you the lowest payment options available on paper, they will show a whole bunch of extra value options which cost lots of money extra per month, but when aggressively prompted, they say there are other payment options available. The real problems happen after all documents were signed. They offer lots of extra dealerships options and every single option changed price depending on who I talked to, and by hundreds of dollars in some cases. A bit of bait and switch, buyer beware. The front leather seats had coffee stains them and some glue on the back seats. We were told just to buy a interior protection package and everything would be taken care of. That package changed price 4 times from $700 to $950 through various phone calls. There is more, but this review is long. I can’t thank Schumacher and specifically Tony Bermudez enough for our recent experience at your dealership. My husband and I recently made the switch from a Chevy Equinox to the 2020 Subaru Ascent. We have a one year old daughter and we knew Subaru was what we needed to keep all of us safe. Tony guided us through every step, he was extremely helpful and was always available for any questions we had while trying to decide what model was right for our family. A few hours ago we officially became proud owners of the 2020 ascent and we couldn’t be happier. Tony Bermudez is our sales associate.His professionalism, knowledge of product and sincerity pulled us away from another dealership. He just has people skills that aren’t usually found in salesmen. I can’t say enough about how stress free he made our experience. That was our first Subaru. We’re back for our second Subaru and we will stay with Subaru as long as Tony stays with us. This young man is the bench mark that all of your salesmen should be measured by. He goes that extra mile without being asked. He supported us through the stewardship of our first Subaru and I’m sure he’ll support us through Subaru’s to come.

Car buying: Great buying experience!Car Service: This location has been through a couple of service advisors but one of their newest additions (Rafael), was great! He was very thorough and kept me up to date with my cars service and worked out a great price for all the maintenance service that my WRX needed. Mike is also amazing! I am very anal when it comes to my Subaru and I dont trust service centers easily but this location is definitely growing on me.

Schumacher Subaru has provided excellent sales and service in the three years that I have been their customer. Theyve always been able to meet my needs and treat me with respect while providing professional and friendly service.

The salesman was very nice and helpful but I the end I do not like cheap car dealership tricks. Do not advertise lease specials on trim packages you have no product then try to up sell worthless upgrades with no value that adds over 100 dollars a month to the offer. Customers time is valuable to have it wasted on two trips when no product of interest was in stock. Very frustrating as Schumacher lost a customer trying to by a car.

Longest time we have ever spent at a car dealer, even after the price was negotiated. Rep was wonderful and business manager tried to help but was overwhelmed with orders. But he came back the next day with better and lower rates. Great follow up. Be prepared to spend a lot of time here, bring food.

We had never owned a Subaru prior to the car we just purchased. We have always been a Toyota family and considered purchasing a used 4-Runner. After test driving an Outback, we were hooked! Though buying a new car is rarely a fun/pleasurable experience, Schumacher Subaru and Walt in sales did an excellent job. The process was simple with hardly any hassle, especially after experiences dealing with two other local south Florida Subaru dealers while looking for this vehicle. Would recommend and purchase from again in the future.

We went on Wednesday to see if we could trade in our daughters car and get a better lease payment. She is a freshman in college and lives 2 1/2 hours away from us. They assured us that she should make a trip down and they would give us a better deal than what we are paying now. We were very excited about that and told her to come down on Friday (today). We went in and they turned the whole thing upside down by offering us a deal that would cost us $100 a month more than what we are paying now. They just lied to get a deal and broke our daughters heart. She is now driving back crying and very angry. Mark, you lied to us and now our daughter is angry at us because she feels like we deceived her. It was you who lied to us! That is no way to conduct business! You wasted so much of our valuable time, I will never say a nice thing about Schumacher Subaru of Palm Beach...dont bother, they lie to you and will keep you waiting for hours for absolutely nothing! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

The oil and air filters and tire rotation were changed in a record time of 1:45 minutes which gave me plenty of time to test drive and look at the newer safety features on the latest model of an Outback Subaru. While the service intake gentlemen was very attentive he could not accommodate all my needs in that the full service dept was not open on Saturday. I used the web site when I arrived home to set up an appointment but was unable to make it, however the online chat person did take my information to pass on when they reopened. However they never did call back, so Im glad I got this rating request to remind me to call them again. win-win.

After extensive research, and the many positive reviews we read about Schumacher Subaru; especially Tony Bermudez, my husband and I decided to make the 3 1/2 hour trip from St. Aug. down to West Palm Beach to check out a 2018 Outback 3.6r that we were very interested in. Let me say that this was, by far, the best car sales experience weve ever had, and well worth the long trip. If anyone is skeptical about the reviews, let me put your mind to rest. No one could be more skeptical than my husband, because he use to be in auto sales himself, and he was sold. Tony Bermudez is everything that the other reviewers said he is, and then some. He is the epitome of an honest, fair, and prudent sales/ businessman. While he is very professional, he exudes a genuine friendliness and warmth. As I am somewhat gifted with a sixth sense about certain things, I honestly felt at ease and very comfortable with the entire experience. Not once did I get a bad vibe; my warning (aka: BS) radar did not go off. Thats rare, unfortunately, when dealing with a lot of car dealerships these days. Its usually a dreaded experience, but not this time. Schumacher, and Tony, realizes that most people today are going to do research before buying a vehicle, and are going to show up armed with that knowledge. This doesnt intimidate them, for they have nothing to hide. Theyre not condescending, and dont try to pull one over on you just to make a sale. Their goal is repeat customers, not just a one time sale.We are so pleased with our purchase, and feel we got an excellent deal on an excellent car. We will indeed make that drive again, possibly sooner than later, when its time to replace my husbands car.Thanks again to Schumacher Subaru and especially Tony Bermudez. The oil change seems to be good and the rep had told me that my car was finished after about a half hour..But than it took over an hour to get the car out of your complimentary car wash .much too long oh and by the way. 79.95 seems a bit much for just an oil change.Vincent Fiscella

This place is great. Very fast service. I made the appointment online. Very very convenient. The next day my problem was fixed. Bruno the car mechanic and my rep Rafael were great. I like how both the mechanic and the rep work together to take like a well oiled machine to fix my problem. Very professional! Great job guys.

The sales team here is a 5 star! They are excellent! Very knowledgeable and courteous all whielebgoing way out of their way to assist you in what you need. The service department however is absolute trash. They are clearly a large group of guys who do not care about doing a good job or the customer. Had half assed work done to my car and still trying to get that fixed. I would highly recommend you do maintenance and stuff on your own, or find a much better mechanic. Will not be taking my car to ever get serviced here again.

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy in Brattleboro, Vermont in November 2015. I put 2,000 hard highway miles on the odometer during my drive to South Florida, plus another 2,000 miles of city driving before it was serviced (for the second time). I made my oil-change appointment with Schumacher Subaru of the Palm Beaches, plus I requested a tire rotation along with Subarus complimentary 22-point inspection.The waiting lounge was comfortable but I didnt have to wait long. The job was done in less than an hour. There was no charge for anything despite the fact my purchase was made at another dealership. I simply said thanks, got in my car and left. I was informed there will be no charge when I bring it in again before I leave for the trip back north.Now thats service!

Best vehicle experience... EVER!!! Walt was fabulous... He knew all of the ends and outs of the Ascent... He has been paying attention in the training classes!!!!! Have recommended Subaru to everyone I know who is talking about getting a new/replacement vehicle!!!!

Set up appointment for oil and tire rotation, took me 3 days to get through to set appointment, we bought 2 vehicles one day apart at the end of June we were told by the salesman that the cars came with 2 free oil changes. Well when I got to the dealership the service advisor said that he doesnt know anything about new vehicles getting free oil changes for the first two changes, I was also told by the salesman that Subaru used synthetic oil in there cars the service advisor said that the 6 cylinder uses a blended oil. I decided not to use your service dept and left the dealership

My experience with Subaru was Far Above expectations because of the sales and leasing consultant I was working with. Mr. Bermudez was by far the best sales rep Ive very worked with. He showed determination and initiative in getting me into the car I wanted. He went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and the end result was me in a car I love. Its all thanks to Mr. Bermudez. Its guys like him that make a difference and make people want to buy a car from Subaru. For me, he was the reason why my experience was Far Above expectations.

I felt very comfortable and secure dealing with all the salespeople and Managers at this Dealership. Everyone was attentive and really excited about the product they represent. They listened to my needs and made all recommendations. Most importantly, I love my new car and I will recommend this Dealership-- and of course, I will recommend Subarus!

Overall good experience. Sales person was exceptionally attentive and listened to my needs. I was very happy with the financing. I believed everyone worked hard to get the deal closed. I was disappointed with three things:1- The car needed a new battery, it should have been taken care of on the day of purchase. As a result I had to get the car jumped twice in less than 24 hours after purchase. I had to purchase a battery and have it installed myself. However I am very pleased that I was reimbursed very quickly.2-The car has a rather large dent on the hood. When I took the car for a drive i did not notice it as the car had not been detailed. (a quick detail job was done at time of purchase)3-The car was not equipped in the manner that was described on the internet. It was advertised with leather interior, heated seats,blue tooth, back up camera etc. The car is a base model with cloth seats. I felt a bit cheated because I was told that there was no negotiating price. If you advertise a car for $14995 with all these features then the car should be equipped as such, or at the very least offer it at a more competitive price.Thank you,Reno Boffice
