Have you ever struggled with time management as a Software Engineer? Earlier, in my career as a Software Engineer, a challenging piece of professional feedback I received was about my time management skills. My manager pointed out that I often struggled to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively, which was impacting team productivity and project timelines. This feedback was particularly challenging for me because I prided myself on being organized and efficient, and it was difficult to accept that I was falling short in this area.To address this feedback, I took a step back to analyze my workflow and identify areas for improvement. I was contacted by a recruiter for an iOS Engineer role. The conversation went great until I received an email from the recruiter asking me to fill out a form and SEND A PICTURE of my driver's license; which I thought was weird to ask for DL info. I took it upon myself to do some research.Upon trying to access their website, I got the below-mentioned screen. I may be wrong but is it normal for a recruiter to ask for a picture of your driver's license? The job market can be rough at the moment, but stay vigilant everyone.
