Role Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Real Estate Agent for full-time, on-site positions based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. As a pivotal member of our team, the Real Estate Agent will play a vital role in facilitating property transactions, providing invaluable assistance to clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Duties will encompass conducting property assessments, undertaking market research, and skillfully negotiating contracts. Furthermore, the Real Estate Agent will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and fostering enduring client relationships.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License coupled with demonstrated experience in the real estate domain.
Proven proficiency in customer service and sales, with a keen understanding of real property and the intricacies of the UAE real estate market.
Exceptional negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
Prior experience in property management and leasing is beneficial.
Experience And Requirements
Experience level: Minimum of 2 years.
Previous sales experience, with at least 1 year preferred.
Real Estate License certification is preferred.
Work Location: On-site.
