Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
About The CompanyOur client is an established family office headquartered in NYC. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for multistate payroll and HR functions.
Responsibilities
Process all payrolls on a weekly basis
Review all timesheets and calculate payroll to include overtime
Prepare 1099’s for multiple employers and entities
Managing 401K’s including calculating and making contributions and processing loan repayments
Review employment contracts
Onboard new employees
Benefits management including family medical leave
Prepare NDA’s and assist with the offboarding process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
6-8 years of payroll experience
General accounting experience a plus
Family office and household payroll experience a plus
Experience with Paychex a plus
Knowledge of Quicken accounting software
Salary Range$120,000-$125,000
